Wat een schoon en georganiseerd bedrijf is dit! Als techneut weet je niet waar je moet kijken. Van voor tot achter gevuld met hoogstaande kwaliteit onderdelen en gereed product. Ongetwijfeld mooie en goede producten. Echter probeer ik al 3 maanden een bestelling te plaatsen. Prima als iets druk is, maar dit is wel gortig.

Ik ga naar alternatieven kijken..

Naar verschillende alternatieven gekeken, toen het geluk mij trof. IN STOCK!! Dus gelijk besteld en de volgende dag al mogen ontvangen. Na verrast te zijn door de zeer mooie packaging alles gelijk geïnstalleerd. Werelds, echt een mooi stukje techniek om te zien en te gebruiken, realisme to the max!

Excellent customer service.
As long as you take the time to let tech support analyse warranty issues, and the customer him or herself makes sure his/her test reports are correct, they swiftly send on parts or orders.

My last order were the set of elastomeres. They brought the final touch of what I needed so far.

I made the choice to run Sprints as my main Sim Racing Pedals. I honestly couldn't imagine using another set, they're fantastic as a product.
I lost a part from the pedals when changing setups I think, so had to deal with Heusinkveld customer service... turns out, that experience is also as fantastic as their product. Huge thank you to Coen for being a great representative of their company.

The customer service is unacceptable: ai have placed an order for the ultimate + pedals on Jan 5, with the invoice fully paid on Jan 6, yet my order is still placed on hold. I have sent 3 follow up emails asking about it, with bank confirmation and everything, but nobody is replying. I have also tried calling, but nobody is answering. From my experience so far, it looks like the most expensive email I’ve sent. I hope I will see the pedals soon

Ordered a Team Redline Sprint pedal set (Throttle+Brake) last week.
I was on club sport V3's previously.
As an "old slow guy" I can't express how much I'm enjoying this pedal set.

I've only had them up and running for 2 short sessions and I'm already seeing an improvement in my lap times. They feel tremendous, look gorgeous, and have been very easy to make adjustments too. This from an individual who is not the slightest bit mechanically inclined.

Last evening, using them on Race Room my lockup issues pretty much disappeared and I beat 2 leaderboard times I'd been chasing for several hours , within 20mins. So much more nuance can be had with this pedal set.

In closing I'm looking forward to many more hours using your pedals, and eventually upgrading....once the "wife unit" has forgotten about my latest sim racing dalliance.

Pedals are great. Lots of adjustments, easy software. There are NOT your basic Logitech pedals!
