My friend and I heard amazing things about this place. When we walked in the sales-lady was checking someone out and another woman was waiting. When the first woman was done the sales-lady went to assist the next woman and before the employee could even assist her the customer suggested the sales-lady greet us. We figured the store could only do one fitting at a time so we waited-30ishmins. Then she assisted my friend. While I was waiting another woman came in and asked to be sized- she assisted her; turns out there are 3 dressing rooms. It took almost 40 minutes for my friend to get a bra that fit correctly; which even I could figure out the right bra size after trying on 20-30 bras over 40 minutes. I was sized, she brought 2 bras, neither one of them fit, and at that point I was just over it. We had been in the store for almost two hours. The sales-lady had ZERO ability to small talk and moved at a turtle speed. It was a hugely disappointing experience. We were fully prepared to spend a small fortune for good quality undies that are super adorable but it was a bust.

I can't find those place. The phone number nor the address is any good. I'll have to order from a place in Missouri where I know they have my size. What a shame

I recently visited this fabulous store. I was immediately greeted by two very friendly ladies. Was asked what they could do for me. I needed to be measured and the lady helped me was so helpful in doing so. I bought a few bras from there and wasn't disappointed in the experience. Both ladies conversations with me were very friendly. I will return.

Personally the woman there made me feel extremely uncomfortable and she was very short and was very invasive. She was also highly judgmental about the fact that my bra had a little bit if padding in it and how dare I mess up her measurements. She took my bra off me and then put the new one on without even asking of I was okay with it or comfortable with her touching me Like that and she showed absolutely no courtesy by looking away or even trying to pretend that she wasn't staring directly at me while I was trying to cover myself. The overall experience was extremely uncomfortable and everything was ridiculously over priced and then discouraged from look through the clearance section. And then as we were leaving she asked "oh yell aren't gonna but anything?"

They put me in the wrong size bra and I went to return it. They are randomly closed on Mondays now. Edit: I went in to return and exchange the wrong sizes and the sales lady stood there chatting with a friend/customer and made me wait while they gossiped. I'm really upset that a spent my money there.

Writing this review for my mother. She is 73 years old and needed a good bra. Lady was short with her from the beginning, made my Mom feel small when she rudely told her she was wearing the wrong size and also that she didn't know how to wear her bra properly as my Mom CAN'T REACH where the lady told my mom the back of her bra should sit. She then made sure to tell her, "Well, this bra is this much (which was a lot, but these bras are supposed to be good and my Mom was there for a good bra) and then when my Mom got so frustrated with the situation that she wanted to cry, she told her that she would take her business elsewhere. Horrible customer service, y'all should learn not to judge a book by its cover. Just because my Mom was probably wearing sweat pants doesn't mean she doesn't have the money to shop. Despicable. I will never drop a dime in your store. If I could give a zero star review, I would.

So I went to this store to look for a bra for my friend and I. I had my son which I noticed he needed his diaper changed and I needed to pee really bad so I figured Id ask if I could use the restroom. The lady at first seemed nice and told me where the bathroom was. I came out with my son then she very rudely asked if I had the diaper. I did not and I didn't mind going back and getting the diaper it was just how she said it. So after I grab the diaper I was going to go put it in the car and the lady said next time go somewhere else this isnt a public restroom very rudely like she thought I just wanted to go in her store and pee. First of all she could have just said no when I asked and I would have went somewhere else then shopped but no. She judged me before I could really even look at anything. Needless to say I won't ever walk foot in that store again and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know about the experience I had. To the lady that judged me just know the pipeline community around Abilene will know how you treated me and I garauntee you they won't support your buisness.

Excellent place! Friendly service. So incredibly helpful. Way better posture now! Some great tips I did not know about bras. Worth the price! Great quality! Variety of styles. Will not shop anywhere else for bras here on out. Thank y’all so much!
