Zeer goede ervaring met dit bedrijf en ik ben heel blij met mijn nieuwe badkamer!
De communicatie was heel goed en klantvriendelijk, er werd ook goed meegedacht.
Echte vaklui en het resultaat is prachtig.
Fijn en betrouwbaar bedrijf om mee samen te werken en elke zorg die ik had over een toch wel ingrijpende verbouwing werd weggenomen.
Hele goede vakmensen en prettig in de omgang, niets was te veel.
Kortom echt een aanrader, mijn volgende klussen zal ik zeker ook door hun laten uitvoeren.

Het werk is prima uitgevoerd en, vanwege mijn persoonlijke omstandigheden, kon ik goede afspraken maken wanneer ik er was. Dat was voor mij een enorme opluchting. Verder werd er netjes en secuur gewerkt met als beloning een prachtige badkamer waar ik veel plezier van heb en nog van ga hebben. Erg goede communicatie en eerlijke mensen die hun belofte nakomen. Ik ben zeer tevreden en kan het een ieder aanraden.

The work was done well and, due to my personal circumstances, I was able to make good arrangements when I was there. That was a huge relief for me. Furthermore, work was done neatly and meticulously, with the reward of a beautiful bathroom that I enjoy and will continue to use. Very good communication and honest people who keep their promise. I am very satisfied and can recommend it to anyone.

This is going to be a long one

In short: they kept misunderstanding things we agreed on, lying about buying materials upfront, they were 4 hours late to the job, the "boss" came to the house to intimidate me to cancel the discount they agreed to, and they did a horrible job. After a lot of arguging, they fixed it but it is still below quality you would expect from "experts"

Long story:
So after waiting a bit to have my feelings settle, I am writing this review for the company that did out griut and silicone in the shower.
It went through Mr.Fix and apparently they already had many good experiences with the company.

However, from the strat this was very confusing and bad experience. They kept "misunderstanding" things, sent a message that their craftsman will be coming tomorrow even though we never agreed on a date at that point, kept switching between telling us that they bought the material and that they didn't and then again that they did so we couldn't cancel (since we had no trust in them anymore). Then, on the day of the appointment they were 3 hours late and only responded after I asked what was happening. And only THEN, at the day of the work, did they go and try to find the silicone which they apparently couldn't find kn 7 shops in Amsterdam. The guy came at 14, and after a lot of arguing and partial involvement feom Mr.Fix we agreed on a discount so they can do the work. Turns out, they outsourced it to a zzp guy who was told he only had to do half the shower, for which he had no tools nor the material. He did a very bad job (see photos). The (apparent) boss later in the day came into my house (the guy let him in) and tried to intimidate me to cancel the discount otherwise they leave (after the grout and the silicone was taken out). Mr.Fix has a separate review because they kept saykng they just connected us to them and it was not their problem, and we need to deal with problems with contractors.

After that, the guy worked until like 10pm, used our ladders/our vacuum/ our cleaning supplies. Not to mention, the day after we discovered the shower was leaking because the guy didn't assemble the shower to the pipes correctly and the shower drain was full of silicone scraps the guy just tossed in there. It was dripping for a couple of days before they came to fix it. Then, after a lot of arguing (and finally Mr.Fix getting involved) they sent another guy again to fix the grout and the silicone again, who once again used our ladders and our cleaning supplies.

I never had such horrible experience with contractors and I would definitely never recommend them to anyone.

Hired them via Mr. Fix to renew the silicone in my bathrooms (cut out the old stuff, put new silicone in).
I was very happy with the result. It looked good and they left everything very clean. Scheduling was easy and they are very responsive!

The agency communicates very professional and are transparant in costs and performance. I had my walls done and once finished, they left my house clean and tidy with above all a great result!! More than happy!

I got a call afterwards for the follow up steps and I would definitely recommend them as they are hardworking, experienced people who got it under controle. I had stressfree days and fun with the workers 🙂
