Andres does not take responsibility for what his poorly trained pool cleaners do. In 4 years they have not let me know of anything that needed replacing. They broke the filter housing valve and I had to pay to replace it. They didn't tell me the skimmer basket was broken. Andres blamed my salt system for the stains showing up in the pool. My salt system hasn't worked in the 4 years that Techni-pools has been here. They were not interested in fixing the salt system even though I had that very conversation with him when he was hired. I have security cameras that record my pool deck. There's no need to lie about what they did or didn't do when they came to clean the pool. I litterally had a conversation with one of the pool guys from Techni-pools and he told me he didn't have enough training. He said he was thrown into the field. I have made a change away from Techni-pools. I don't recommend Techni-pools if you want your pool equipment properly maintained. I don't recommend Techni-pools if you want any debris removed from the pool. The only decent thing they did was add chemicals every week to keep up the water quality.

Very courteous and professional. Andre and Laura want above and beyond answering all my questions and guiding me through the process. Complete pool refinish was done on time and expectations were met. I now have a beautiful pool to enjoy for many years.

Did not deliver services as described. Cameras showed technician routinely visited for less than 15 minutes and did not test water, brush, or inspect filter and then left door hanger saying those items were done. Photos show filter had not been cleaned for at least the season. Tech. even changed PSI gauge marker to look like it was clean which could have led to major pump damage if I hadn’t looked into it. Company was dismissive on all issues.

Was a customer for a few years , they were great at first but then a new cleaner came and basically destroyed my pool. He never checked the water ,never cleaned the filter or added DE in like a year. They never brushed the pool. On top of that they don’t communicate when something is broken or have a concern. You have to basically stand and watch them clean the pool.

I’ve worked with Andres for over 12 years. He’s done pool maintenance for us along with installing pool heaters at a couple different houses and most recently installing a salt system for our pool. He’s efficient, reliable, and has very fair prices. I would definitely recommend Techni-Pools - Andres is a stand up guy!

I have used Techni Pools for many many years. They come out every week, they are reliable, responsible, pleasant and knowledgeable. When I have any problem with my pool, they respond quickly.
Andres the owner is quick to solve problems, always friendly and professional. Best in town.

I was in dire need of a pool resurface and after trying many pool companies in a course of months and being left hanging by all those companies I was lucky enough to find Techni-Pools. Andres from Techni-Pools will take care of you and make sure all your questions are answered and your pool needs taken care of. Techni-Pool had my pool resurfaced in a reasonable amount of time and exactly how I wanted it. I recommend Techni-Pools to anyone that needs anything pool related as their customer service and quality of work is above all else.
