My partner and I were visiting Chicago so we stopped after eating breakfast, what a shame ! I would have wished to try all the dishes. They looked delish! However we had the best cafe de olla, the staff was very kind ❤️ and they were playing nice music. We didn’t want to leave, I would wish I live close, so if you’re around don’t hesitate to stop by ?

An affordable and cute cafe in Pilsen! I got the cafe de olla and it was so good! It was the perfect amount of sweet to complement the spice and I’ll definitely be back to try the herbals teas! There is such a unique and cute atmosphere for anyone to come hangout and the service was really friendly. The prices were also really reasonable so I’d definitely recommend.

This place has a lot of character, and the food and drinks options are fun and hit the Mexican culture. Love that this is in an area where you can find easy parking in Pilsen. Must go!

La Malinche es un restaurante que se siente como fonda por lo cómodo y gentil que te saludan. Los chilaquiles, cubanos, y café de olla están para disfrutar. Staff was friendly, neat/cozy atmosphere, great bites. 12/10 would love to go back ☕️?

Went on a solo brunch date and enjoyed the place. It’s welcoming and lots of beautiful art. I ordered the iced cafe de oya which was really good and the mole chilaquiles. Will definitely go back.

*CHECK YOUR RECEIPT* I have given this shop plenty of chances, but I have give a review. I ordered an ice latte, and I was charged for the ice. There was also an unexplained administration fee. The other day I said go easy on the ice, and I was charged for “easy ice”. They also charge for the flavor of the latte. If you are going to charge for flavor and ice, include it in the price. A $4 latte can easy add up to $7w tip
