De komijn is echt fantastisch. Zachte smaak en heerlijke nasmaak. De pesto is wat dominanter waardoor hij wat overheersend is qua nasmaak, maar de pure smaak is super!

Mijn (Indonesische) tante van 83 zat op een bankje, omdat ze pijn had. Toen kwam er een groep Amerikaanse toeristen en zei de rondleidster ‘jullie moeten weg want zij willen zitten’. Ik zei ‘maar wij willen ook kijken’. Zegt ze nou dan moeten jullie opzij zodat zij kunnen zitten (er was genoeg plek en alleen mijn tante zat?). Mn tante moest hierdoor opstaan en omlopen (terwijl dat haar veel moeite kostte). Vervolgens laat die vrouw iedereen kaas proeven behalve ons. Dus ik zei ik wil ook wel. Zegt ze ‘ik dacht jullie kennen dat wel.’ Uiteindelijk gaf ze mijn tante met een zure blik een plakje kaas (en mij niet). De rondleidster deed zonder reden kortaf en onaardig, terwijl ze de andere toeristen met open armen ontving. Het leek erop dat die vrouw racistisch is en ons daarom negeerde en onaardig was. Slechte ervaring!

Een prachtige oude kaasboerderij waar het kaasmaken goed wordt uitgelegd en je allerlei varianten kaas mag proeven. De winkel heeft allerlei leuke accessoires die met kaas te maken hebben.

Het is een goie plek om kaas te kopen. Die smaak van de kaas was heerlijk. Eigenlijk lust ik geen kaas. Maar vandaag was het anders ik heb de kaas met pesto geprobeerd dat was heerlijk. Ik raad u aan om daar heen te gaan.
