BS General Construction renovated our apartment, integrating floor insulation and underfloor heating, plastering the walls, running new electrical lines from the meter cabinet, and tiling the floors. The project started in the last week of March and finished in the third week of July—exactly as agreed. The budget was fully respected; any extras were added at our request and there were no surprises. Quality was excellent across the board: precise workmanship, clean execution, and good materials and finishes. The site stayed tidy and details were handled carefully. Communication was smooth from start to finish—Bogdan was consistently available to clarify options and next steps. Prices are higher than some you’ll find online, but the value is clear: reliable scheduling, a transparent process, and high-end results. We’re very happy with the outcome. We would definitely hire them again.

BS General Construction heeft onze woning gerenoveerd: vloerisolatie en vloerverwarming geïntegreerd, wanden gestuct, extra elektraleidingen vanuit de meterkast aangelegd en de vloeren betegeld. De werkzaamheden begonnen in de laatste week van maart en eindigden in de derde week van juli—precies zoals afgesproken. Het budget is volledig gerespecteerd; extra werk is op ons verzoek toegevoegd en er waren geen verrassingen. De kwaliteit is uitstekend: nauwkeurig vakmanschap, schoon gewerkt en goede materialen en afwerkingen. De werkplek bleef netjes en details kregen aandacht. De communicatie verliep soepel van begin tot eind—Bogdan was steeds beschikbaar voor toelichting en de volgende stappen. De prijs ligt hoger dan sommige online aanbiedingen, maar de waarde is duidelijk: betrouwbare planning, een transparant proces en een hoogwaardig resultaat. We zijn zeer tevreden. 5/5 en we zouden hen zeker opnieuw inschakelen.

Great quality of work, with incredible attention to smaller details which is always harder to come by (perfectly aligned tiles and incredible grouting and silicone application work).
