There’s a lot of chemical service providers out there but didn’t hesitate to sign a contract to open my new restaurant. Lyndon installed everything that I needed to pass the inspection. Terrible business practice. 0/10 stars
Believe the bad reviews here. Their business practice is disgusting. I was hoodwinked into signing a contract after I had told their district manager we could not meet a minimum which they required because
our company was too small. He informed me not to worry and that I didn't need to meet it and I only had to sign to open an account and give them my Visa for billing. This went well for over a year and I never met their 300$ minimum ( not once as we agreed upon) I always paid my bills on time without incident. Things changed when they let there District manager go they informed my I was being kicked off their program unless I met the minimum 300$ requirement and If I cancelled they threatened to bill me 3600$. I don't need 300$ of product and signed their contract under false pretense. Maybe they should hire better staff that don't screw their clients over and then make them feel like they are being delinquent. I hope the owner knows what his staff are doing and make things right. I have been in business for 25 years and I would never treat clients like this.
