Zeer slechte service en onjuiste communicatie. Onbereikbaar voor vragen en serviceaanvragen. Zelfs het telefoonnummer voor contact hebben ze uit Volgjewoning verwijderd. Sommige bouwmedewerkers doen het goed, maar als organisatie is Dura echt belabberd! Ook onderaannemers die hier geweest zijn, hebben hun buik vol van dit slechte bedrijf. Voor ons NOOIT meer zaken doen met hen!

Kwaliteit is goed. Alleen zeer slechte en onjuiste communicatie. Dus voor mij geen zaken meer met dura. Maar ook alle onderaannemers die hier geweest zijn, zijn dura zat.

I don't want to blame the whole company for one person's behavior, but when I tried to reach out to the company, my inquiry has just been forwarded to the same person again, without any comment. I am not a Dutch speaker, it would have been nice if the kopersbegleiding could speak a little English or at least understand English, I am fine with him/her replying in Dutch. Am I mad because I had no one to talk to in English? No, just frustrated. Am I mad that there is no English version for any of the documents? No, but I am upset about the lack of explanations, as a German speaker I can figure out some of it but even my Dutch wife felt lost many times. That's why we tried to clarify everything verbally. I don't think we are stupid, but definitely naive. Am I just being salty? No, I have valid reasons. I am really upset because buying our first house turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience. No transparency, no advise, no communication - only when asking for signatures. Why do you call it kopersbegleiding, when there is no one actually begleiding you? My wife can speak Dutch and was perfectly clear about what we had in mind for our ground floor. Thanks for the little / no explanation about the central heating system, even when specifically asking for it. Thank you for installing CAI (as it turns out TV) only, when we asked you that we only want Internet on both sides of the living room, no cable / Sat TV. Surprise, there is no internet in the living room, now. Yes, we should have read the documents (which are mostly technical, not 100% clear, maybe intentionally) more carefully, clearly you cannot have faith. But due to our ignored requests, the blue prints changed constantly and we were not always given the correct versions so it took them time to provide us with the updated ones. Even our Dutch neighbours had to complain because the whole kitchen installation configuration was wrong. When on the first day of checking (one week before the keys will be handed out) if everything has been configured correctly, 6 out of 20 house owners have to complain (the other 14 will be invited on other days) it tells you a lot. I have to say the workers are working hard, I did not expect that much progress in the timeline. They deserve the star. But everything else has been a nightmare. Imagine you are buying your first house, you are taking on a huge financial burden, you expect offspring, ... one should be delighted and looking forward to everything as a challenge, but not this way. If you want to have a better experience, avoid R. v. D. if he turns out to be your kopersbegleiding and ask for another person. Do yourself a favor and don't trust a word. Take someone with you, maybe even a lawyer and record the meetings and communication. Should all of this be necessary? No, life is stressful enough but better be safe than sorry. This experience will give me cancer in 10 to 30 years, I can already feel it. I waited a long time with the review, in the end I didn't want to write when I am emotional, in the end it turned out emotional. I hope you will have a better experience than we did.
