They were incredibly thorough in diagnosing the problem, taking their time to get to the root cause rather than jumping to conclusions like others had.

Not only did they solve the issue, but they also installed a new hybrid water tank and filtration system that is an absolute work of art. It’s rare to say that plumbing equipment looks beautiful, but they really made it happen!

Nick provided awesome plumbing service. He took time to explain what we needed and what he was doing each step of the way. He even arrived early, (he called first to confirm that was ok) so that was a really nice bonus. He went above the call of duty by helping us source a design item to match our black sink (instead of using a silver disposal flange). I would highly recommend TE electric, plumbing and heating. We used them (Joquain) for electrical work. It's worth the peace of mind to have quality work.

We experienced power surges at the house unexpectedly. TE Certified prioritized getting an electrician out first thing in the morning. Carlos and Jonathan were outstanding! We got a whole house surge protector installed quickly and at a great price. I feel like they are behind us 100% moving forward and were there for us when we needed them. Brandi answered my call for help 15 minutes before they were scheduled to be opened! I was blown away from the very start. Luckily, none of our appliances were damaged by the power surges and the company was reassuring, quick, and competent through this entire experience. If I was delivering a baby I think I would let them take care of it. ?
