I have 2 technisport chairs and 3 of their desks and I LOVE them. Over the years their products have gotten better and better. Their company has been growing and their customer service is extremely fast and efficient. My dad also owns 3 technisport chairs and my sister just got hers and loves it so much. I upgraded my daughter to a techni desk because she had home schooling for the last year and it was a life saver in keeping her organized for school and enough work space for work sheets and art projects.

I purchased the Circuit 40” Pink Round Chair Mat for $29.99 and it looks plastic on the website. When I got it home it was a flimsy piece of thin foam. The wheels on my computer chair would barely roll. No where on website that said the mat is not for carpet floors. It would be an easy thing to mention the chair mat is for hardwood floors only. When I called to send the mat back, they wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee plus I had to pay for return shipping. Using their prepaid label would cost me $10.00 (they waived the restocking fee). I do not want to pay 33% of the cost of the item in shipping it back to Techni Sport. To me that is them being cheap as a company and not very good customer service. I'm all around disgusted about the whole situation and will not buy from them again.

This place is a SCAM or they have LAZY WORKERS I ordered a 200$! Dollar desk! And they sent me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DESK!
And the one they sent looks nothing like the one I purchased and is OBVIOUSLY WAY CHEAPER! Do not waste your time I waited for a week and got the wrong item and so close to Christmas HORRIBLE! And don’t even get me started in the support they still haven’t replied to anyyy of my messages!

I ordered the Reno gaming desk a couple of months ago, and I just received my Kawaii Colors gaming chair last week. The shipping was quick, and both are amazing quality. The assembly was easier than I expected - the desk took about 2 hours and the chair took about an hour for me to put together alone. Really wonderful products and customer service.

I ordered the Techni Kawaii gaming chair for my daughter for Christmas and it made it the best Christmas ever for her.
First I want to give huge kudos to the Customer Service Specialist, Amanda Levine who went above and beyond. I had ordered the heart lumbar pillow with the chair not realizing that one already came with the chair. Amanda reached out within hours to let me know this and asked if I wanted a credit for the second pillow. In a time where many companies want to cash grab, the Techni team really went out of their way to look after the consumer. After thinking on it I decided to keep the second one for myself.
We opened the package this morning also to find an adorable plush Techni unicorn in with the chair.
I really can’t tell you how much that elevated the excitement level for my daughter and made her Christmas extra special. The chair is gorgeous and sturdy and easy to put together.
We are a family of gamers and will be buying myself a chair in the coming new year and I will continue to give my business to Techni.

I love my Techni-Sport TS92 chair! It arrived so quickly (I placed my order July 2, rec'd it July 10!) My 15yr old grandson assembled it in no time and it is perfect. I had to have it after I visited my son & saw his WFM setup. He's an all-nighter gamer, gets a few winks then gets up for work & he said this chair is perfect for sitting all day. It is roomy and adjustable - from the height to the armrests & reclines if you want to just take a break for a sec. Def recommend it! And I love that their website shows their gratitude for your purchase. They donate a proceed of your purchase & after you order, they send you a little thank you video that is so cute! Love this company.

Their products aren't terrible, however most of their descriptions are completely inaccurate. I ordered a chair that is listed as full size, and the reps even responded saying it was full size, but it is noticeably smaller than their regular chairs. They also refused to work a warranty claim on both chairs I bought from them after the chairs were damaged during a move, and proceeded to jump me around between 3-4 different reps for both chairs before telling me I will need to rebuy the parts separately. They also removed my review of my child sized full size chair.

The Good:

The chair in general is very comfortable. My wife wanted something that was a gaming chair and that the pillow (lumbar pillow) that could be moved up and down the chair and this system worked well. The upholstery is well-stitched and looks exactly like what we expected.

The Bad:

Overall, for $300, I expected the chair to be more... sturdy. The armrests seem to be loose in the swivel points. Sliding them backwards and forwards is difficult. Reclining the chair is very jerky, with there seeming to be rather large gaps in the inclination. I’d like it to feel smoother in that sense.

What’s missing: There is no ability to lock the tilt of the seat. I’d like there to be an additional lever allowing for the entire chair to change in pitch.

We have one other gaming chair in our household, Secret Labs Omega v2, and to be honest, it’s a better chair. The chair just feels more sturdy. With the price difference being almost the same, I’d move towards their brand.

Finally, upon delivery, we did have to sign for the chair because there needed to be someone above the age of 21 in the household.... luckily my wife and I are old enough, but it was a hassle that we had to stay home and wait for delivery for a product that had no reason to be signed for.

Would I buy this chair again, maybe, Depending on how the company continues to evolve and listen to its customers.
